You're not behind.
You just haven't
started yet.
A one-day intensive where you stop reading about AI and start building with it. Eight seats. One day. You leave with something real.
Only 8 seats. Includes lunch, tea, and coffee.
Everyone around you is talking about AI. Your LinkedIn feed is full of people claiming it changed their business overnight. Your competitors mention it in every pitch. Your junior colleagues seem to speak a different language.
And you've tried. Maybe you opened ChatGPT once, typed something in, got a mediocre answer, and thought: “Is this it?”
It isn't. You just haven't been shown what it can actually do when you know how to use it properly. Not as a toy. As a tool.
That's what this day is about.
One day. Something real.
Zero to AI is a one-day intensive workshop for business professionals who know their domain inside out but haven't caught up with AI. You won't sit through slides. You won't watch someone demo ChatGPT. You will build something real — something that works, something you choose, something you take home.
Before the day, you'll receive a short video from Andrew about thinking bigger — about being the operator, not the task-doer. About thinking in systems. You'll arrive with ideas and ambition, not a blank page.
Eight people. One room. A full day of building. By 5pm, you'll have something live — and the understanding to keep going without anyone holding your hand.
How the day unfolds
Morning · 9am–12pm
Foundations
What AI actually is — stripped of hype, explained in plain English. You'll get hands-on with Claude immediately. Not typing “write me a poem” — learning to use prompts as a genuine skill. Understanding why the same question asked two different ways gets wildly different results.
We'll cover the operator mindset: thinking in systems, not tasks. The difference between using AI like a search engine and using it like a business partner. This is the shift that changes everything.
Late Morning · 10:30am–12pm
Finding your use case
A guided session to identify what would save you time, make you money, or give you a genuine edge. Everyone's answer is different. A consultant might build a proposal generator. A property manager might build a tenant communication system. A financial adviser might build a client briefing tool. We help you find yours — matched to your skill level and ambition.
Lunch · 12pm–1pm
Provided. A proper lunch, not sad sandwiches. Time to think, talk to the other seven people in the room, and start sketching what you want to build.
Afternoon · 1pm–4pm
Build
This is the main event. Three hours of hands-on building with Claude Code, with Andrew moving between the eight of you giving 1-on-1 guidance. Beginners might build a personal assistant or automated workflow. More advanced participants might build a client-facing business tool or internal system.
The point isn't the specific thing you build. The point is that you build it. That you experience the feeling of going from idea to working tool in an afternoon. That changes how you think about AI forever.
Late Afternoon · 4pm–5pm
Polish, deploy, next steps
Your project goes live. Not “we'll finish it later” — live. You walk out with something working, a clear understanding of how you got there, and a roadmap for what to do next. No dependency on anyone else.
“I don't teach AI from slides. I teach it by building things with you.”
Your Instructor
Andrew Speer

Tech entrepreneur. Runs multiple AI-powered businesses. Built 28 digital properties using AI systems. Runs Certifyd.io day-to-day — a SaaS platform, not a side project.
He built an internal app for Certifyd.io in three hours. He built KeepCodes.com so his wife never has to pay for a QR code again. He built a fully functioning Google Ads, Analytics and Search Console operator. That was just one Sunday last month.
He's built hundreds of projects with AI — not as experiments, but as real tools that real people use every day.
Uses Claude Code every single day to build, ship, and run businesses. Not a theorist. Not a consultant who read a book about AI and made a slide deck. A practitioner who builds real things with real stakes.
Andrew doesn't believe you need to become technical to use AI effectively. He believes you need to understand it deeply enough to be dangerous — to know what's possible, to think in systems, and to get things built without waiting for someone else to do it for you.
